2.3 To Send Marketing Communications. To send you promotional emails, newsletters, launch announcements, event invitations, and other marketing communications based on your consent to be on our list or our legitimate interest in marketing to individuals who have expressed interest in our products and services. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 7.

2.4 To Run Advertising Campaigns. To create and serve targeted advertisements on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Spotify, ChatGPT, and other advertising platforms, including by uploading your contact information to create custom audiences and look-alike audiences on those platforms. We do this based on our legitimate interest in efficiently reaching our target audience.

2.5 To Improve Our Website and Offerings. To analyze how visitors use our Website, identify areas for improvement, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and develop new products and services.

2.6 To Comply with Legal Obligations. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and governmental requests, and to enforce our Terms of Use and Program Agreement, including in connection with payment disputes, chargebacks, and intellectual property claims.

SMS and Text Marketing: SimpleTexting and Active Campaign — stores and processes subscriber and client phone numbers and facilitates SMS marketing and transactional text communications.

Program Hosting: Kajabi — hosts our online programs, stores client enrollment and access records, and facilitates community and coaching call delivery.

Payment Processing: Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna process payment transactions for program and product purchases. Each processor has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment and financial information. We encourage you to review their respective policies. We do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

CRM and Sales: Close CRM — manages client relationship data, sales pipeline information, and client communication records.

Analytics: Google Analytics — collects and analyzes Website traffic and user behavior data.

Advertising and Audience Targeting: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Spotify, and ChatGPT — may receive contact data for custom audience and look-alike audience targeting and deliver advertising on our behalf. We may also engage additional advertising platforms from time to time. Any such platform will receive only the minimum data necessary for the stated advertising purpose and will be subject to appropriate data use agreements or published platform policies.

Video Conferencing: Zoom or comparable platform — used to deliver live group coaching calls and recorded content.

Coaching Call Archives: Searchie.io — stores and hosts recorded coaching call and program content.

Forms and Applications: Typeform — collects application, survey, and intake form data.

Additional Service Providers: From time to time, we may engage additional third-party service providers, tools, platforms, or technology solutions to support our business operations, marketing, program delivery, or client communications. Any such provider will be selected with reasonable care, will receive only the personal data necessary to perform their specific function, and will be required to handle that data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. The list above reflects our current primary processors but is not exhaustive of every tool or service we may use at any given time.We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all third-party processors with whom we share personal data operate under data processing agreements or published policies consistent with applicable data protection law. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms once your data is transferred to them.We will never sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties except as described in this Policy or as required by law.
